Because I went through an acquaintance, the manager who consulted with me gave a very detailed and kind consultation. At first I went there planning to have canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but as the consultation went on, they persuaded me that those were not surgeries I needed, and helped me solve the outer line I wanted and the Mongolian fold. To be honest, I suddenly changed my mind to do the outer line right before going into the operating room, but they still kindly carried it out.

The operating room was honestly a bit cramped. I had local anesthesia, so there was no such thing as proxy surgery. After the surgery, the manager kindly escorted me all the way to the door, which was touching.
The other staff were just so-so, neither rude nor especially kind, so I did not have any particular impression.
I handled the aftercare on my own, and my satisfaction level is medium.
My one-line impression: the female manager was good, the operating room was scary, there were too many people so it was chaotic, and the level of kindness probably depends on the person.
