I had it done several years ago, so I can't remember the doctor's name. My right and left eye lines were completely different, and they said I needed fat removal from the eyes, so I agreed to have it removed, but this time they took out too much and I ended up with a double crease plus one side coming undone. I went to other clinics, and they all said I would need fat grafting They said if I don't add volume above the double eyelid, it will get worse as I get older, so I should just do the grafting.
