I went to correct my congenital uneven nostrils and had tip surgery with septal extension on Saturday. It has not been removed yet, but the nostrils are still the same, cruelly enough, so I am sad.. You spoke confidently while drawing a picture of how to get a natural result with minimal surgery.. Maybe I will know once the swelling goes down more, but honestly, I do not think the nostril asymmetry has been corrected at all.. It feels like I only had surgery that made no visible difference.. If I end up satisfied after the splint comes off, I will come back and edit my review
