About 8 years ago? I went because the chief director was famous, but their schedule was already full and they usually focus on revision surgery, so they recommended another director. I was persuaded and got it done. My friend and I both had tip surgery, and my friend could see the cartilage through the skin so they got aftercare there. (The doctor who did the surgery was unavailable, so someone else handled it.) After my surgery, my nose tip became crooked, and when I asked about it they said this was fine;; they said I had deliberately aligned the tip with my philtrum and that because my bridge was crooked there was nothing they could do;; I'm now looking into revision surgery, and every other place says correcting the crooked tip would be best. My nostrils are uneven too. More than anything, when I went for aftercare because of the foreign-body feeling in the columella, the doctor who operated was not there, so I had a consultation with someone else. Because of experiences like this, I am now mainly looking into private clinics for this surgery..
