The second plastic surgery clinic I visited last year. For both contouring and nose surgery, they recommended natural lines rather than artificial ones. It felt less like they were recommending that just to me and more like that was the clinic's overall direction. The doctor explained things in detail, but the manager felt a little overwhelming.
