They take photos and consult while doing Photoshop adjustments. The doctor was kind, and in the Photoshop images it looked very natural, but when I looked at the post-op review photos, it seemed like a flashy style. They mainly work with costal cartilage, so I wondered if it would be good to have it done through the ear, so I did not go ahead with surgery.
