I had honestly been to a lot of consultations, and I consulted here half in doubt.. I wanted a flashy nose on a small nose, so I even had a second consultation and got surgery with autologous costal cartilage.. The result was extremely satisfying. Still, I think it came out as the best possible shape that could be achieved from a small nose. Not recommended for people who like a natural and rounded nose. It is flashy, the tip comes out straight and is a bit pointed... The doctor's aftercare was also decent.
