It worked better than when I got it somewhere else, and the usual practice is to do it under sedation, but the manager suggested trying it without anesthesia, so I did, and it was more tolerable than I expected. After a few sessions, my nose felt pinched, so I messaged the clinic on KakaoTalk, and the director replied that if I waited, it would return. Triam is temporary anyway, and my nose did come back, obviously. Nose-shaping injections are temporary, everyone.
While getting the injection, I casually asked the director about a revision rhinoplasty, and they just told me to live with it. These days I'm thinking about rhinoplasty again, so I booked a consultation, but the earliest slot is in four months.
