When I consulted, they were really kind and made it seem like they would do everything for me, but after the procedure they were still kind, yet it felt like talking to a robot..? Formally kind.. And the aftercare was really bad.. It felt like once the surgery was done, that was it.. The doctor wasn't even the main director, and maybe because he wasn't that well known, I'm not really sure about his skill T_T
