I liked that the director examined my eyes very carefully. They also noticed that my eyes and face are asymmetric, and carefully talked through how much epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty would be done, which was nice. But the manager pushed the deposit a little, and they talked about eye correction as if it were essential, so my trust dropped a bit.
