I went in expecting to have contouring surgery, and if the doctor had been kind, I definitely would have had the surgery. I even had a surgery reservation set, but on the actual day of surgery the doctor spoke very casually? The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. I understand that a doctor is in a profession that deals with blood, so smoking may be understandable, but is it basic manners to come to a customer consultation smelling like cigarettes and still keep consulting that way? The smell of cigarettes plus bad breath was there, and even during the first consultation the doctor spoke for only 2 minutes, and then everything else was with the manager. The manager was kind, so I said I would do the surgery, paid the deposit, and left. I thought they would explain everything in detail on the day of surgery, but on the actual surgery day they changed the surgical method to whatever suited them. Then they said, if you do not say it clearly, we cannot operate lol. It was ridiculous. What do you mean you cannot? I was just asking them to do exactly what we discussed before surgery, but at the time they gave me a 2-minute consultation, said what they wanted to say, and left. Then on the day itself, after I had paid the deposit and surgery fee, they say they cannot do it like that lol. It was absurd, so I got a refund and did not go through with it, but they did not return the deposit lol That is my fault, really. I should have realized it from the 2-minute consultation lololololololololololol I do not know whether they treat customers differently, but among the many plastic surgery clinics I visited, this was the worst ^^ ^^? Anyway, I did not like it lol I do not know about other people~ And I still do not understand why the manager sits next to the doctor during consultation lol. Is it so the doctor can leave right after 2 minutes? lol There is not even a proper doctor room, I do not really understand it hehe
