The tone of the person in the red jacket, who I think was the ENT consultation manager, was way too stiff and unfriendly. Even the way they answered the phone was unbelievably unfriendly... The doctor consultation was actually a minus too.. maybe because they were too busy, the consultation felt rushed. Only the plastic surgery consultation manager and the person at the front desk were kind T_T
