The double eyelid surgery I had as a high school student 10 years ago is still holding up well. Since it was done with buried sutures, there was not much swelling, and it turned out really naturally so nobody can tell I had surgery. But I am not sure whether the inner corner surgery went well. There is a slightly raised scar where the stitches were tied, but honestly even that is hard to notice unless you look closely. Now that a lot of time has passed, the techniques are probably much better.
