I applied for a one-stitch eye procedure, and in the end they just told me to do it again... But I still didn't get a revision surgery until now. It was the kind of eye where one stitch really didn't matter either way, but the overtreatment was severe. In the end, it turned out I just had a lot of oil inside the eyelid and had something like a stye or acne, so now I'm perfectly fine.
