I went in for a nose surgery consultation. I consulted with the manager and then with the director, but the director is a specialist in facial contouring..? They said the nose-specialist director was in surgery so consultation wasn't possible.... Maybe it was because I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my consultation time, but they didn't give any separate guidance and just let me have the consultation.... Also, he spoke so fast that I really didn't remember any of it. Was the consultation maybe about 3 minutes? The rest was done by the manager. It felt like the director just stepped out briefly in the middle of being busy to do the consultation.
And I was recommended to use rib cartilage, but when I said I was scared because it would be taken from the ribs and asked what about having surgery without using rib cartilage, the consultation manager immediately changed attitude and I could feel they were just giving me a sloppy consultation... I think it was probably because using rib cartilage would cost more,,, I had the consultation last summer, and back then I didn't know anything, so I thought consultations were just supposed to be done like that
