I had double eyelid surgery with partial incision two years ago or so. They adjusted the method and line as much as possible to match what I wanted. The consultation felt clean in many ways, without any pointless pressure. However, they also recommended epicanthoplasty during the consultation, and I had no intention of it at all, so I decided not to do it, but on the day of surgery they brought up epicanthoplasty again, which I remember as a little surprising... Anyway, the surgery went well with no side effects. The medical staff in the operating room were all kind. I was satisfied at the time, but these days I do regret the slight scar visible in one eye.
