I went there through a friend's introduction and had all three contouring procedures. On the surgery day, the nurse in the treatment room started promoting herself. I was in so much pain, and she was like, who cares who I am in the treatment room, lol. Maybe because my friend knew the director too, it felt absurd. I could have just brushed that off as that person's weirdness, but what really pissed me off was the endless waiting every time I went. I guess long waits are unavoidable at hospitals. Anyway, when I came back for the 6-month follow-up, the director had moved to another clinic, so they said another head director would see me instead and told me to come in. I went, waited a bit, and then a different manager, not even my assigned one, looked at my face-bone photos and said everything had healed well. Huh? Manager, are you a doctor? Seriously lol, what the hell. I thought, surely they wouldn't show me the director, but of course they didn't haha. The director was in surgery, and the implication was basically that I should just go home? Haha, so what, the surgery is over, right? Then don't ask me to come in. I left quietly and posted on social media that this was a clinic that didn't even have the basics haha. Anyway, I do not recommend this place.
