Shrink was good. I got it cheaply through a Gangnam Unni event price, and the effect was not dramatically obvious, but I think Shrink is generally like that, so doing it cheaply is probably better. The place is popular and crowded, so the clinic checks whether you will arrive before your appointment time, and if you are even 1 minute late, you feel the pressure.
