At first I urgently booked a same-day consultation because I wanted to ask about alar lift surgery, and luckily there was time so I went. I'm someone with rhinitis, so I have to blow my nose hard to feel satisfied, and I had no intention of doing any other surgery like the nose tip or bridge. I came because I wanted to raise the alar base since, when seen from the side, my nose angle looked droopy? But after the consultation, I learned that alar lift was not the right procedure for me In fact, the surgery I really needed was tip plasty + columella strut, but if I were to do something, they said it would be alar reduction and an external incision. My parents oppose it so much though.. they said it has to be invisible, and if it isn't external then it's just not worth it.. so I'm still thinking But both the director and the manager consulted me in a calm, honest, and not overdone way, and there was no same-day booking pressure, which was nice, and thanks to that I could consult comfortably and have time to think. But there was a slight drain smell in the clinic.. and the surgery price seems expensive?
