It was a same-day emergency consultation booking, so after waiting quite a while I first consulted with the manager, then with the director. The facilities were clean and the hospital atmosphere was fine. Here, they took photos of my face before the consultation with the director and then continued while looking at the photos together. The manager was very kind, and the director was very kind too. The director looked relatively young, probably in their 30s. They didn't push surgery too aggressively and clearly told me what was and wasn't possible. I liked how thoroughly everything was explained. I originally wanted to consult with a specific director, but they were in surgery, so I met another director instead. It turned out better than I expected.
