I went for a consultation because the sides of my nostrils spread outward. I said I wanted to reduce the nostril size, but I was worried about scars, so I also mentioned that I was thinking about simply raising the nose instead. Before coming here, I had also visited another clinic, and there the doctor said that to get results I would need to raise the nose and reduce the alar width at the same time. But here, the doctor said that if the nose were made higher than it is now, the facial balance would be broken and it could look unnatural, and they explained it by showing before-and-after photos of people who had non-incisional alar reduction. I liked that they honestly explained only what was necessary.
