The director does try to be as kind as possible, but there is nothing to do about the factory-style atmosphere. He was busy moving around everywhere, and compared with the waiting time, the director consultation ended quickly. After the surgery, I was disappointed that I had to leave without even seeing the director's face. The consultation manager recited everything like a script, which is expected, but she spoke so fast that I missed parts and could not hear them well. The hospital itself looked very busy. After the surgery, the KakaoTalk consultation responses were also formulaic, and it was not a very good experience. As for satisfaction after surgery, well... I think I need to watch and see over the long term. As a side note, if you do a photo review, they refund 100,000 won, but they said even after the contract period of 5 years, they do not delete the post, so I gave up on writing the review. (They said they still cannot delete it even when requested after 5 years.)
