There were not many people at the plastic surgery clinic when I went in. In fact, there were more people going up to the dermatology floor above. I also understand that they mainly do reconstructive surgery. It was the first clinic I visited for ptosis correction and double eyelid consultation, and they recommended ptosis correction and an inner double eyelid. According to him, unlike other clinics, he alone can control an inner double eyelid with very delicate control. (I do not know whether that is actually true.) He recommended the incision method, and also recommended only a slight amount of ptosis correction. He also estimated the approximate eye size, saying that if I open my eyes wide using only the eyelids, that is roughly the eye size after surgery. He did not recommend any canthal widening at all (I was cautious about canthal widening for my eyes as well.)
I think I would have to hear about the actual surgery results from people who had it done directly.
