I went for a consultation because I was worried about revision surgery, and the director was kind. I was there while struggling a bit because of my eyes, and they spoke to me as if they understood how hard it must have been, so I almost got emotional My first double eyelid surgery had gone badly, so I was worried, but the director clearly explained the surgical method, which was reassuring!!
