After my first buried-suture surgery, the line loosened after 2 years, and my eyes became uneven and looked smaller, so I decided to get revision surgery and went around consulting with an eye specialist rather than a factory-style clinic. What left an impression on me was how calmly the doctor at IOU explained things. At other places, the consultations ended quickly and they didn't really listen to what I had to say, so I felt like they'd also just brush me off after surgery. But Dr. Kang honestly explained during the consultation the differences between whether to keep the buried-suture method or switch to incision, and how it would affect correction of my uneven eyes, and that made me trust him a lot, so I was very satisfied with the consultation!
