I wanted contouring surgery, but I didn't know much about it, so I kept worrying that maybe I wouldn't be able to go through with it and just never get contouring surgery. So I made a consultation reservation and went. I had a consultation with the lead doctor. The wait wasn't long, and it was convenient because it was close to Gangnam Station. The doctor seems like an honest type and tried to help me understand why I should have this surgery. I went in with almost no knowledge, but I was impressed by how much they tried to help me understand. For the surgery, they said the cheekbones didn't really need to be done, and because the lower jaw is small, advancing it forward by about 4 mm to make the wide-looking jaw slimmer would make the impression much better. They also said the square jaw could be shaved down only to the point where it would connect naturally with the jaw without touching the nerve line, and that my nerve line is in a good position. I had asked about side effects, especially skin sagging, and I appreciated how honestly they talked about the side effects too.
