I went for a consultation a year ago. It was my first contouring consultation, so I was very nervous, but I think the director explained things well in a clear, proactive way. He even said that you should not have surgery if you do not know anything, and that you should go to many consultations and learn before deciding. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and after that I kept going to consultations, but I do not think there was any place as professional as here.
