I met the manager first and then the director. The manager was extremely kind and explained everything in detail. But in the consultation with the director.. I was also excited going in like I was about to see a star, but they were just way more rigid than I expected, and had a style of saying only what needed to be said and then stopping. They recommended two types of contouring, but also said even jaw surgery would work on my face, as if it were not a difficult operation, and they seemed overflowing with confidence.
