It's been a long time since my surgery, so I can't remember the exact date. I had surgery around 2013 to 2014. I went in for a consultation after reading the director's blog because I felt reassured by it, and during the consultation he also seemed very professional and confident. I originally had a receding chin and malocclusion, so fundamentally I should have had double jaw surgery, but the director gave me options: 1. double jaw 2. contouring (T-osteotomy). The price difference was almost three times, I think. At the time, as a young person, double jaw surgery felt too major and I was scared, and the price was a burden, so I had contouring done. In the end, I've been satisfied with the result. For the malocclusion and receding chin, the director saw it and, while doing the T-osteotomy, also pushed the chin inward a bit. So these days the receding-chin look isn't very noticeable from the front, but from the side or when I smile, the malocclusion is still a bit there. But as time passed, that look actually started to seem more natural, so I think it was a good choice. He made a natural line, so unless I say anything people assume it's my natural bone structure, and the swelling may have been partly baby fat because I was a bit young then, but it kept going down steadily for 2 or 3 years. Anyway, I joined this community to look for double-eyelid info and ended up leaving this review, and I think it was lucky and fortunate that I met this director and had surgery with him a long time ago.
