The director is completely different before and after surgery ㅡㅡ Before surgery, kind, and after surgery, completely changed. Does not even meet you. Almost everything is handled through the manager and staff. They do not explain the post-op details and only tell you the bad things after surgery. And if I ask because I have had so much runny nose for about a week after surgery and am worried about sinusitis, they start getting annoyed instead of explaining. They keep recommending double jaw surgery during the consultation. They also badmouth other hospitals very well. They treat patients depending on their mood. So at least the staff seem kind. If you say anything like something is definitely bad, they do not listen. So no matter how much it hurts, you cannot even ask questions. Everything has to go through the manager. They ask people to post surgery reviews online as if they were not promotional posts. And the operating room was so bad.
