Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review after consultations at 3 functional rhinoplasty clinics (before-surgery photos attached)

Because I have rhinitis (breathing discomfort, runny nose constantly dripping, nasal swelling), I went only to places on my list that do all 3 functional nose procedures Since I was getting functional rhinoplasty anyway, I wanted to correct my bulbous nose, which had always been a complex of mine By my own standards, it is a bulbous nose, so I went in thinking only about alar base reduction through an incision But what the clinics commonly said was that my nose also has a hump and the nasal tip is on the droopy side, so if the nasal tip is raised, it will lift up Therefore, they said nasal tip correction comes first They say most people with bulky noses need nasal tip work, so keep that in mind,,, and event prices are just bait, so think of rhinoplasty as basically 3 million won or more before you go

Baㅇb Director Yoo Had a CT scan, consultation fee X, because my nose is large, they said the nasal tip could be done with septal cartilage. Even though they took a CT, they said my nose was wide open and that I breathe well(?) For the nose design, they recommended raising the nose and improving the nasolabial angle. They said the aftercare program would be provided as a service, but in exchange as a partial model

Seoㅇㅇㅇ - Director Hwang CT scan, consultation fee 10,000 won, after the CT they took photos inside my nose. They said my nose was deviated, so breathing may have been uncomfortable, and that there were quite a few wounds inside, probably because of my habit of blowing my nose. They showed me before-and-after photos of someone with a nose similar to mine and explained in a way that made me understand why septoplasty is done. As for the hump, I was a bit unsure whether it really needed to be shaved. They said alar base reduction would likely be enough after doing the nasal tip, so they recommended deciding later. The septal cartilage is wide enough to use, but if it is not enough, they would use ear cartilage. Most expensive

ㅂ - Director Go CT scan, consultation fee 30,000 won, uses an entire building, there were a ton of multinational foreigners. After the CT scan, the info staff guided me, but everyone was busy and hectic^^ I was right in front of them, but they were shouting my name while looking for me,,, Since there were so many people, it did seem like they had a lot of surgical experience. There was a huge wait for the director, so I think more than 5 people were waiting ahead of me. They said the inside of my nose is deviated, so I should get the 3 functional procedures, raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage, shave the hump, and reduce the bulbous nose and length. Since I have a history of nasal bone fracture, they said they might use ear cartilage for the septum. During the consultant consultation, they said during surgery they would open the nose and check, and if there was not enough cartilage, they would use donated costal cartilage. Then of course the surgery fee would be plus plus. I said I did not want that, but they said if they open it and there is not enough, there is no choice,, If I get donated costal cartilage and side effects happen, whose responsibility is that,,, They told me this during the consultant consultation. Also, the previous clinics did not do this, but do clinics normally say things like, your nose really should be done^^ If you do your nose, your life could really change..? lol Anyway, I just thought, I see, and came out. ENT specialist, aftercare, anesthesiologist, sedation anesthesia

It was my first time going for consultations, so I stumbled over my questions and let a lot of things pass thinking, I guess that is how it is. But since this is something that lasts a lifetime, I think it is important to shop around a lot I am going for more consultations next week, and I am planning to look into Luho, Must, Wonjin, and Nana. Please recommend functional rhinoplasty clinics~~ I attached photos of my nose. I am also curious about reviews from everyone here who had a nose similar to mine and got surgeryyy
