Unlike other hospitals, they gave a textbook-style explanation, not just cosmetic-purpose explanations. So I had a much better understanding of why this surgery method was suitable and applicable. They seemed professional, but the kindness level was lower than other places, and overall they seemed to be pursuing a natural result.
