The biggest thing is that they specialize in eyes, and I had two consultations and appreciated the accurate explanations each time. However, because I would have needed incision and inner corner surgery, I was too scared of scarring from the first surgery and couldn't go through with it. But if I had to get an incision, I wanted to do it here.
