My consultation was at 4, but they had surgery scheduled at 4. They called me three times before I arrived to ask when I was coming, and since this is also a place where you pay consultation fees, I felt a bit annoyed, but the explanation was thorough and kind. It was scary that it wasn't under sedation, and since they specialize in eyes and there was only one doctor, I trusted them.
