I had a consultation 5 years ago, and I went because the doctor said they pursue a natural look. In reality, they do seem to avoid asking for anything excessive and to pursue naturalness. I'm not sure if she was the consultation manager or who, but the nurses were extremely kind. Even though I live in Seoul, they let me have another consultation because I had come from far away. But the doctor, just because I went in for a second consultation, sarcastically told me to get psychiatric treatment if I was that worried ,, I had asked cautiously, and it was ridiculous.
