Maybe because it's a place many people go to for revision surgery, the director explained things in a way that made it sound not difficult, which was clear and helpful. The consultation felt like it ended too quickly, but afterward the manager also gave me a relatively humane consultation, which I think was nice. It seems like a place with skill, but I still lack confidence.
