For a consultation that charged a fee, I was dissatisfied with the consultation. The director only gave a rough estimate of what surgery was needed and immediately sent me to the consultant's office, which was a bit surprising. They charged a consultation fee, and there were rumors that they explain things very well, plus there were some procedures I was not very familiar with, so I wanted the director to explain them in detail. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was a little disappointed. Still, when I told the consultant that I was disappointed, they explained everything very kindly and in detail, and I could feel the professionalism.
