I consulted at one of the places famous for revision surgery. My first surgery was buried suture, but it loosened, so for revision they recommended incision and also suggested upper canthoplasty. They seem to recommend upper canthoplasty quite often. I heard they specialize in eyes. They seem very proud of their career.
