The doctor feels a bit hard to approach. A little cynical, maybe? Probably because I went in not knowing much. Still, when I asked, they explained things well, and I could feel their professionalism and certainty. The manager was extremely kind. At another clinic, they explained how I should ask things and what my eyes are like, and went over each thing one by one.
