This was the very first place I went to while shopping around for plastic surgery consultations, and I consulted about fat grafting. The doctor honestly said that a full face wouldn't be possible, and that the amount of fat would only barely be enough for the forehead. As for the eye area, which I later learned about after consulting other places, this hospital didn't offer a good solution...
