I had fat grafting and it is really natural and satisfying. I have had no side effects at all. I missed the second round and could not get it done, but even with just the first round it looks natural and is exactly right for me. But during the consultation, the doctor suddenly looked at another area and said it would be better to do it there, which I did not like. I only needed to consult about the area I was going to have surgery on, but it felt like they were commenting on a different part of my face that I had not even asked about.
