I have some fullness in the outer cheek area of my face, so I went to look into either liposuction or fat grafting to improve it. But they said I didn’t have much fat and that this was mostly a bone structure issue, basically that it was mostly the bone, so I should look at facial contouring instead, and that adding or removing fat would not have much effect. They told me everything honestly, which made me feel like they were trustworthy and clear-cut.
