I went for a consultation about fat grafting. I was a bit puzzled because they called to confirm the consultation quite a lot. They called to confirm two days before the appointment, then again one day before, then again on the day itself.. it felt like I was being rushed Even though I had made a consultation appointment and went, I had to wait more than two hours to be seen. The wait was so long that it became awkward to go consult at another clinic. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and the director looked at my face and pointed out the areas that were lacking. Still, there were many consultations after mine, so the atmosphere felt rushed, which was disappointing.
