I went there for a consultation, and there was no one there, so I got the consultation right away. I consulted with the manager, but they spoke too fast and rattled off everything like a script, so it was hard to understand T_T On the other hand, the director was very calm. He touched around under my eyes and just explained the surgery method. I left a deposit, but after finding another place I liked better, I asked for a refund, and they really.. really handled the refund well. They were kind, but it felt too much like a factory.
