I went before they expanded, and I heard that my consultation manager had become the vice president. Since they were busy, I thought maybe that was why, and while I was talking with another manager and waiting, I think I waited an hour and a half. A doctor named Jeong Jae-yeon came and did the consultation, with an expression full of indifference and annoyance while saying, "A white nose bends again," in a very cold tone. So I asked, "Then does that mean I should not have the surgery?" and they said, "We should make it bend as little as possible." I asked, "Is there no way to make it not bend?" They said, "Do not smile." What kind of answer is that? I went with a younger sibling I know, and when my sibling asked something, they let out a long sigh. So I said, "If you do not want to do the work, stop talking." I was hurt because the doctor kept speaking to patients as if they were a nuisance, in a way that was far too cold. They did give answers, but still ㅡㅡ I went because my nose was bent, and all they said was that even after surgery it would bend again, and not to smile. What kind of nonsense is that What is wrong with this doctor? I was not even angry, just stunned. What good is a nice hospital facility?
