A case where the first surgery was done with costal cartilage 20 years ago is unusual, right? Right now one side of my nose is blocked, so I can only breathe through one side. It feels suffocating. But when I actually get a CT scan or things like that, they say it isn’t that severe ㅡㅡ I have to pull my cheek sideways to breathe well, ha.. And even though it was done with costal cartilage, the nasal bridge has gotten lower. It looks like a bird-beak nose. Is there any place that is truly good both functionally and aesthetically… I want a naturally glamorous nose.
