I went to get a consultation for my first double-eyelid surgery. I was able to consult right away with no waiting, and the consultation took only about 10 minutes with the manager and the director combined. The director explained things calmly and well, but because it was not the line shape I wanted, I did not make a final decision. The manager was not the type to step in and explain things first.
