First of all, the clinic was really small, and everyone was fairly kind. I had my consultation with the director right after making the appointment (it was my first time ever,,) I talked with the director for a long time about the eye I wanted and things like that. Although I didn't end up choosing them, the consultation was fine, and judging from how wildly different the reviews are, it seems worth adding to the list of clinics to visit while doing in-person consultations!
