It was my very first plastic surgery, so I was very nervous and overwhelmed. I got a consultation after seeing it on their YouTube channel. Maybe because of the YouTube algorithm, once I started watching it, it kept coming up. I thought about it for about 6 months before getting a consultation, but because it was far from home, I sent photos by phone and booked right away. There were so many appointments backed up that they said I could only secure a booking if I put down a deposit, so I reserved it with a prepayment for 2 months later. It was my first time seeing the doctor on the surgery day, and it felt like he was speaking off the cuff while also telling me to do too many different things. The doctor’s personality was fairly lively, but he did not talk much about the overall design plan for the surgery I had decided to do that day. I had gone because my under-eye hollowness was severe, but I do not feel much improvement. Originally I had only planned to do the under-eye area, but on the doctor’s recommendation I added the front cheek and under-eye aegyo-sal area, and my impression changed completely so I do not feel like myself, and the under-eye hollowing did not improve much. I take comfort in the fact that I had no special side effects... The first month was very hard... it stayed tight and swollen easily for up to 6 months.
