I had a medial philtrum reduction, and I honestly regret it so much that I want to turn back time. The deformity of my nose shape is one thing, but the white scar left behind is really severe, so I asked for a revision surgery. They said it was because I did not take care of it well, and refused to do it. They only gave laser treatment for free up to about 3 sessions, and then I paid for extra ones, but they were done too strongly and left a dent. The doctor is so unfriendly and irresponsible. The staff are all kind.
